Winemaking
Schoffit Gewürztraminer Cuvée Alexandre VV is made through a meticulous process where respectful agriculture plays an important role. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and undergo a cold racking process before being slowly fermented with their own yeasts for between 3 and 12 months.
The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and aromatic character. Chemical additives are avoided at all times.
