Elaboration

Merula wine is a red wine made from Merlot grapes grown in vineyards of the DG Viticultors winery.
As part of the winemaking process, the grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to ensure that only the best grapes are used in the production of the wine.
Once harvested, the grapes undergo a fermentation and ageing process in oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
The end result is a full-bodied, intensely flavoured red wine, with notes of black fruits and spices, as well as a smooth, balanced finish.
