The spicy 2016 Malabrigo was produced with grapes from north-facing vines at higher altitude and showcases the house style in a cooler yearâfresh wines with good ripeness and generous oaking. It’s 15% alcohol and reveals abundant toast, spice and smoke aromas and flavors. It’s full-bodied and powerful, keeping the freshness. It was bottled in May 2019 after 18 months in barrel.
