Lolita Sène began her career as a winegrower in 2018, leaving behind a Parisian life that led her to the world of wine. Today, from her hectare of vineyards in the Gard, Côtes du Rhône region, she produces splendid, natural wines.

Winemaking

Lolita Ginger Sushi is a jewel of her production, the result of a 10-day maceration of skins with the whole grape harvest without destemming of the Grenache and Clairette varieties, with the addition of a few drops of Cinsault in a direct press. This is a magnificent orange wine, pure, fresh, intense, balanced and long, with no added sulphites, unclarified and unfiltered.

Taste
