The textbook red 2019 Crianza comes from a warm and dry year when the Tempranillo achieved 13.95% alcohol and developed full aromas and flavors. In the last few years, they have reduced the time in oak and added some other varieties (3% Garnacha and 2% Graciano) to add complexity to the blend. This is the winery’s flagship red, and it’s clean, approachable, easy to understand and readily available with some 735,000 bottles.
