Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
Aromas of smoked meats, ripe cherries, wild berries and rich soil tones introduce the 2017 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy wine with good concentration and youthfully chewy structuring tannin. This is still quite youthfully primary and will likely flesh out appreciably by the time it’s bottled.
