Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
The 2017 Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise Les Clous Aimé unfurls in the glass with scents of waxy orchard fruit, nutmeg and some leesy top notes of freshly baked bread and yeast extract. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and expansive, with chewy extract but a more open-knit, giving profile than its Aligoté sibling.
