The wine Coruña del Conde I’m Natural Don’t Panic From Alfredo Maestro is a wine of long maceration, which has a lot of body and intensity together with its freshness that represents it. It is elaborated in vineyards with pure and healthy soils, where a tender and respectful cultivation is carried out in order to preserve the purity of its flavour.
This wine is made under the philosophy that goes without any phytosanitary product or herbicide; it is worked from the land to the bottle, seeking to maintain the tradition of their ancestors allowing each of their terroirs to express themselves fully.
Elaboration
The vineyards are located in the village of Coruña del Conde in the province of Burgos, at an altitude of 1000 metres. It is worked on 8 hectares spread over 29 plots. Being centenary vineyards, these enjoy multiple virtues at harvest time.
The wine Coruña del Conde I’m Natural Don’t Panic From Alfredo Maestro begins to macerate for 20 days, and is manually destemmed. It undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is aged for 5 months in fibre vats.
Taste
It is a floral wine, with pleasant mineral and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is fresh, energetic and dynamic, with hints of the intense mineral aromas perceived on the nose.
