Winemaking
Description
The Château de Pibarnon Rosé wine is a rosé wine variety made from the processing of Mourvèdre and Cinsault grapes, defined as fresh and fruity, which also has the goodness of being versatile to be combined with any type of gastronomy.
The fruit used to make this wine comes from the vineyards of the Château de Pibarnon winery, located near the sea, where the soils are clayey and loamy, giving the grapes a particular flavour.
Winemaking
Château de Pibarnon Rosé is made from Mourvèdre and Cinsault grapes, cultivated using traditional techniques. At the harvesting stage, manual harvesting strategies are applied to protect the fruit and avoid early fermentation that could alter the flavour of the wine.
The Cinsault undergoes a pressing process on arrival at the winery, unlike the Mourvèdre which is placed in tanks in contact with its skins, where after a few hours, they are extracted for processing.
The resulting must is fermented at a temperature of 22 degrees Celsius for a period of 20 days. It is then aged in tanks for 6 months before bottling.
Taste
The Château de Pibarnon Rosé is an example of freshness in the first sip, but without leaving aside the texture that defines it as complex. On the nose, we notice the presence of various citrus fruits.
A powerful yet delicate wine
Château de Pibarnon Rosé has a balanced taste between power and delicacy, defining it as a sensual and complex wine with a youthful bouquet. It is ideal to enjoy with any type of food, as it is very versatile on the palate.
