The Brut Grand Cru Carte d’Or is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, vintages 2005 (60%) and 2004 (40%) from southeast facing vineyards in Bouzy with an average age of 25 years. Dosage was 10 grams per liter. Disgorged; March, 2009. Anticipated maturity; 2009-2013.
